Refund, Cancellation, and Deferment Policy for Qace Academy

Program and Training Cancellation

  • You may cancel your enrollment by requesting a “course cancellation” at least 5 working days before the course start date.
  • Cancellations after the course start date will not be eligible for a refund.
  • Qace Academy reserves the right to reschedule a course with a notice provided 2 working days before the commencement.

Changing Courses

  • Course changes require approval from the Qace Academy team.
  • An administrative fee of 5% applies for changes requested after the course starts.

Refund Procedure

  • Refund requests must be submitted via email at least 5 days before the course starts.
  • Refunds will be processed within 10-15 working days for cancellations and 5 working days for overpayments.

Program Deferment

  • You may defer enrollment to the next cohort only; deferment beyond the next cohort is not permitted.

Program Access

  • Access to the learning platform is valid for 1 year after program completion. Access will be removed if the program is canceled or a refund is requested post-commencement.
