Qace Academy Affiliate Policy

1. Overview

This Affiliate Policy (“Policy”) governs the Qace Academy Affiliate Program (“Program”) and defines the requirements, responsibilities, and guidelines for individuals or entities (“Affiliates” or “you”) who promote Qace Academy’s courses and services in exchange for referral commissions. By participating in the Program, you agree to comply with this Policy and any related FAQs or addenda published by Qace Academy (“Qace,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

2. Eligibility & Enrollment

1. Eligibility:
   
   
   • You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction).
     
     
   • You must have a valid website, blog, social media presence, or other digital channel with content relevant to Qace Academy’s offerings (e.g., technology education, software testing, data analytics).
     
     
   • You must not be a direct competitor of Qace Academy.
     
     
2. Enrollment Process:
   
   
   • Complete and submit the Affiliate Application Form on our website.
     
     
   • We will review your channel/content for quality and brand fit. Approval is at Qace Academy’s sole discretion.
     
     
   • Once approved, you will receive an email confirming enrollment along with your unique Affiliate ID and tracking links (Affiliate Dashboard access).
     
     

3. Commission Structure & Tracking

1. Referral Links:
   
   
   • Use only the unique tracking URLs provided in your Affiliate Dashboard. All sales must originate from your tracking link to qualify for commission.
     
     
2. Commission Rates:
   
   
   • Course Enrollment (One-Time Purchase): 20% of the net course fee.
     
     
   • Subscription Plans (Recurring): 10% of the monthly subscription revenue for up to 12 months from initial sign-up (paid only if subscriber remains active).
     
     
   • Free Trials & No-Cost Sign-Ups: No commission for new users who register but do not convert to paid enrollment.
     
     
3. Cookie Duration:
   
   
   • We track referrals via cookies that last 30 days. If a referred user enrolls in any paid course within 30 days of clicking your link, you earn the commission.
     
     
4. Performance Bonuses:
   
   
   • Affiliates who generate 10 or more paid enrollments in a single calendar month receive an additional 5% bonus on total commissions for that month (i.e., commission rate rises to 25% for one-time purchases during that period).
     
     

4. Payment Terms

1. Minimum Payout Threshold:
   
   
   • You must accumulate at least ₦30,000 (or equivalent in USD) in earned commissions to request a payout.
     
     
2. Payment Schedule:
   
   
   • Commissions are calculated monthly and become eligible for payout 45 days after the month’s end (to allow for refunds or cancellations).
     
     
   • For example, commissions earned in June become payable on or after 15 August 2025.
     
     
3. Payment Methods:
   
   
   • We offer payment via bank transfer (domestic/international) or PayPal.
     
     
   • You must provide valid bank account or PayPal details in the Affiliate Dashboard. Any associated transfer fees (bank charges, currency conversion fees, PayPal fees) will be deducted from your total commission.
     
     
4. Taxes:
   
   
   • Affiliates are responsible for any income taxes, VAT, or other statutory levies related to commissions earned. Qace Academy will not withhold taxes on your behalf.
     
     

5. Affiliate Obligations & Promotional Guidelines

1. Brand Usage:
   
   
   • Use only approved Qace Academy logos, banners, and marketing copy provided in your Affiliate Dashboard.
     
     
   • Do not alter logos, misrepresent our brand, or imply endorsement beyond the standard “Qace Academy Affiliate” designation.
     
     
2. Accurate Representation:
   
   
   • Your promotional content must accurately describe Qace Academy courses and not mislead users.
     
     
   • Do not inflate earnings potential or guarantee outcomes beyond what our marketing materials state.
     
     
3. Allowed Channels:
   
   
   • Website blogs, technology forums, email newsletters, YouTube, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, or other social media platforms.
     
     
   • Paid ads are permitted if you comply with the “Paid Advertising” rules below.
     
     
4. Paid Advertising:
   
   
   • You may use paid search or social ads that include your tracking link only if you:
     
     
     • Do not bid on “Qace Academy,” “Qace,” or any branded keywords.
       
       
     • Clearly disclose “Affiliate” or “Sponsored” wherever you promote Qace Academy directly in ads, per FTC guidelines.
       
       
     • Avoid trademark infringement or using our brand in a way that confuses customers (e.g., “QaceAcademyCoupons.com” is prohibited).
       
       
5. Email Marketing:
   
   
   • You may send promotional emails to your opt-in subscribers only.
     
     
   • All emails must include a clear “Unsubscribe” link.
     
     
   • You must comply with applicable anti-spam regulations (e.g., CAN-SPAM, GDPR).
     
     

6. Prohibited Practices

Affiliates must not engage in any of the following:

1. Cookie Stuffing: Any attempt to force a Qace cookie onto a visitor’s browser without legitimate click-through.
   
   
2. Typosquatting/Domain Hijacking: Registering similar domains (e.g., “qaceacademyy.com”) to divert traffic.
   
   
3. Misleading Claims: Providing false testimonials, fake reviews, or unverifiable claims.
   
   
4. Unauthorized Discounts: Offering unauthorized coupon codes or pricing lower than officially published fees.
   
   
5. Spamming: Bulk unsolicited emails, unauthorized forum posts, or misleading social media campaigns.
   
   
6. Data Harvesting: Scraping user data from Qace Academy’s platform or any invasive tracking methods.
   
   

Violation of any of these prohibited practices will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of commissions, and potential legal action.

7. Termination & Suspension

1. Voluntary Termination:
   
   
   • You may terminate your participation in the Program at any time by notifying us via the Affiliate Dashboard or email to affiliates@qaceacademy.com. Unpaid commissions accrued prior to termination will be paid at the next payout cycle, provided no violation has occurred.
     
     
2. Immediate Suspension:
   
   
   • Qace Academy reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Affiliate’s account immediately, without prior notice, if we reasonably believe they have:
     
     
     • Violated this Policy
       
       
     • Engaged in fraudulent, unethical, or illegal activities
       
       
     • Damaged Qace Academy’s brand reputation
       
       
   • Under suspension, all unpaid commissions are forfeited.
     
     
3. Notice of Termination:
   
   
   • If we intend to terminate for convenience (without violation), we will provide 30 days’ written notice. Commissions earned before that notice period will be paid in full at the next cycle.
     
     

8. Reporting & Analytics

1. Affiliate Dashboard:
   
   
   • You can track clicks, conversions, and earned commissions in real time via your Affiliate Dashboard.
     
     
2. Reconciliation:
   
   
   • If you believe there is a discrepancy in your commission report, you must notify affiliates@qaceacademy.com within 30 days of the event. After this period, our records are deemed accurate and final.
     
     

9. Confidentiality & Data Use

1. Confidential Information:
   
   
   • Any non-public information regarding Qace Academy’s marketing strategies, commission rates, or user data that you receive as an Affiliate is confidential.
     
     
   • You agree not to disclose, share, or sell confidential information.
     
     
2. Data Privacy:
   
   
   • Affiliates must comply with all applicable data protection laws (e.g., GDPR, NDPR).
     
     
   • You may not store or process personally identifiable data of customers outside of what is strictly required for tracking referrals.
     
     

10. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

1. No Earnings Guarantee:
   
   
   • Qace Academy makes no guarantee of earnings or success. Your performance depends on your promotional efforts and audience engagement.
     
     
2. Limitation of Liability:
   
   
   • To the maximum extent permitted by law, Qace Academy will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to this Program.
     
     
3. No Warranty:
   
   
   • The Program is provided “as is” without any warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
     
     

11. Modifications to the Policy

Qace Academy reserves the right to modify or update this Affiliate Policy at any time. We will notify registered Affiliates of any material changes via email or an announcement in the Affiliate Dashboard at least 30 days before the changes take effect. Continued participation after that date constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

1. Governing Law: These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Nigeria, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
   
   
2. Dispute Resolution: Any dispute arising under or related to this Policy shall first be addressed by good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration under the rules of the Lagos Multi-Door Courthouse (“LMDC”), with the arbitration hearing held in Lagos, Nigeria.
   
   
3. Jurisdiction: Notwithstanding arbitration, Qace Academy may seek injunctive or equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect intellectual property or prevent irreparable harm.
