How to Become an Instructor

Apply

Submit your CV, cover letter, and a sample lesson outline via our “Become an Instructor” form or email. Highlight your QA/tech experience and any prior teaching or mentoring roles.

Screening & Interview

Our team reviews your materials and conducts a brief interview to assess your expertise and teaching style. You’ll share a 15–20-minute mock lesson (live or recorded) on a QA topic of your choice.

Prepare Your Course Materials

Attend a short onboarding workshop to learn our teaching methodology and platform tools. Develop your full course materials: slide decks, hands-on labs, and quizzes, following QACe Academy’s templates and guidelines. Get feedback from our curriculum team and revise until approved.

Publish Your Profile & Courss

Co-teach your first cohort alongside an experienced trainer to gain real-world insights. Once approved, your course goes live—your profile appears on our site, and scheduling begins. Collect learner feedback, refine content, and continue growing as a QACe Academy instructor.
